No match with content ID, music video question

I have created a lot of music videos from remixes of older songs from the 1990s. I have uploaded them all to my test YT account as private videos with random titles/description and a lot were detected by YT content ID for the song but about 100 of them it hasn't detected and they have been up for a few days now.

I want to upload and publish these music videos which didn't get a copyright flag to my other channel but obviously if I do this I will need to put the artist and song names in the title and description to get views.
If i do this will content ID flag the title and description to match with the copyrighted songs?

I uploaded a video with royalty free music for the audio but put the title and description as though it was for a "Taylor Swift" song and it hasn't been flagged for copyright yet and it has been up a few days. So if content ID also looks at the title and description it doesn't appear to do it immediately.
I have not published the video though, set it as private. Would that make a difference?

No what they do is use the tags and title to square in and then check the audio to know if copyrighted

I believe it's all based on weight. If for example you remix a taylor song and youtube's algorithms mark the audio as a weak match they may then use the title, description and tags to add more weight to the result. If it passes the threshold it's a match.

Ok, well i might do some more testing on my test account with the videos that do have copyrighted audio and it hasn't flagged them. I will start by just putting in the titles and leave the description and tags empty and leave it for a while and see if there is any change in the copyright status.
