18 days ago my account was shadow banned, it was shadow banned for exactly 14 days. I used a banned hashtag at the time “Gloves”. I was averaging 100-200 followers per day and getting 4% engagement by only using Powerlikes. Now that the ban has lifted my engagement is 1.5% and only getting 30-60 followers per day.

Is this normal? Am I screwed? Any suggestions as to what I should do next?
