Hi, been reading BHW for a while now and thought I would sign up and get involved. I've been online marketing for 8 years now and have worked on all sorts of projects for my own business and for several agencies in the past.

I second that. In the past I would always have good ideas, and then sit around thinking about them rather than getting to work and actually getting them done. When you actually start working, its shocking how fast things end up happening.
