Do i just file a schedule c if i only do adsense. Or do i file it with my regular taxes (part time job)

And is there anyone that could help me with the 1099.

I use my friend's tax ID for adsense so i need him to do a 1099 to me so he doesn't get taxed and i do right? But i'm not sure which fields to fill out.

Even with an LLC the money is still taxed to you. What I have done is just file the 1099 as other income. There may be better ways to do this. IDK

If you are filing as a sole entrepreneur you file a schedule C along with your regular 1040.

i get the schedule c part. But what does my friend do? Since it's HIS tax id the money goes to him and therefore the IRS will be looking at him. I've heard somewhere that all he has to do is do a 1099 to me. But what parts do i have to help him fill out on the 1099? Like where do i put the total amount i've made last year?

@Nookie yea i may just do that put a total of how much i made in other income what should my friend put as the cause though.

yes if its set up under your friends tax id your friend will get taxed for it. You would then to invoice your friend for that amount so he can have the expense go out of his account.

I would look into setting up a s corp that way its not on your personal taxes and done under the corp name and then you just set yourself up with a base pay.

    Talk to a cpa

    OK here we go,

Your friend will have to do the schedule C as he will have expenses ( i.e. you). So in his schedule C he will have income equal to whatever the 1009 says and he will have expenses equal to that which is what he paid you. That will wash out the income and he will have no earnings on his schedule C.

Do not start a S corp (or a C corp for that matter) as your pay via payroll will have you paying taxes you should not be paying and workers comp that you can not claim for.

The federal goverment does not even consider LLC as a living entity so you only do it for protection from liablitities.
