No lead But click

Hello I’m a French speaker so sorry for my bad English.

I just begin on CPAgrip, I used 3 offers I shared my links following differents methods that I have seen on YouTube.

I know and I can confirm that I have clicks on my links and those who have clicked have followed all step of the links and fill all information required but I still have NO LEAD

AND AT SOME TIME BEFORE FILL FORM THEY HAVE AN MESSAGE TELLING THAT « THERE IS A SUSPECT ACTIVITY WE HAVE BLOCKED INSCRIPTION »

Please help me to solve this problem
