No all exchanges require KYC. This is a requirement for them to operate leaglly.

use Bisq, decentralized exchange allows users to trade without going through a KYC process.

That's kinda missing the point, peer to peer doesn't need KYC. His question wasn't which exchange doesnt have KYC, his question was where to exchange without KYC. Also, just fyi, gold can be exchanged to money nearly everywhere without KYC (some limits may apply). And crypto has been classified as commodity as well. The difference here is that obviously there is a war against anonymity.

Why is everyone so afraid of KYC? Oh yes, it’s possible that it’s dirty money ... But for this you can buy a fully verified Binance or Bybit, they cost $ 30-40

You can use Paxful if the amount you want to exchange is less then $1000

Use P2P platforms like Bisq, there was also localbitcoins but sadly they shut down.
