No Jab, No Job. UK.

If i had someone locally working for me I would insist too!

So would you be happy to pay compensation if they got vaccinated and had severe damage caused by the vaccine? Because severe damage does occur with vaccines and has done since vaccines have been created.

So how about this right. Despite being on the vulnerable list I continued to travel to work every day since the start of the pandemic. I got covid over Xmas, and it nearly killed me. It was awful. It was a hard choice as I prefer to be busy, but I asked my employer to furlough me. I had an official government letter from Matt Hancock informing me that I was entitled to request this.

My employer has simply refused, knowing full well that I can not work from home. I'm not benefits and the job is a crappy zero-hour minimum wage gig which I relied on, while I got my business off the ground.

As a result I have been driven into extreme financial hardship. This week alone I went three days with no heating and no food.

I've never claimed state aid even though I have been entitled too in the past.

I understand corporate greed, but this lazy negligence is something else.

I believe in freedom.

If you demand your employees be vaccinated, so be it.

If 2 homofags walk in your bakery and you dont bake for homos, you should be allowed to refuse them with no reprecusions.

If 2 blacks walk in your store and you dont like people from NIGER, you should be allowed to refuse to serve them.

Of course, they should be allowed to tell everyone youre a racist or a homofagphobe, and that way your business would suffer and other bakeries and stores would thrive and take your customers.

Thats freedom and capitalism, perfect.

But when the government steps in and slaps a "mandatory" label on it... Goddamnit you fucking arrrr!!!!!!

Around this time last year, intelligent people warned us that this is what's going to happen, yet nobody listened. Now here we are. The next step is probably denying access to grocery stores for unvaccinated individuals, and the step after that might deny access to health care altogether.

Buckle up. We're in for a wild ride, fellas.

Oh I'm fucked then. It you're metabolically healthy you honestly don't need to worry about the virus. Being forced to take the vaccine is some bullshit though.

Ya that seems to be the trend around the globe.. some countries are even looking for ways to make it mandatory.. sad reality we're living in..

It might be their business, but they have zero accountability for any severe side effects of vaccinations, so they should have no say in it at all. This is not their place to get involved, and they need to be put back in their place.

Be careful what you wish for when you say "Businesses can decide for themselves"

If the government has decided not to make it mandatory, do you not think there is a reason why?

Try to run a pub in a lockdown.

I am allergic to needles. If i see one on tv, i feel dizzy. If i see one in real life, i faint. If im injected with one, instant death.

So i cant get the vaccine... unfortunately...
An oral vaccine will be available this year.
You will be fine.

reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

fortunately, in our country, the Government really cares about the citizens and free treatment will be offered for all Covid-19 patients

Completely agree that you have the choice to take the vaccine, as you would for the flu jab or MMR etc
I also have the right to employ someone based on if they've had the jab, like if I want to employ someone only if they have a full clean driving licence.

You don't run a pub in lockdown. Pubs are closed. And if the owners have been paying their taxes properly, they will receive their income from the taxpayers.

Ironic isn't it. The general public support businesses, and then businesses start demanding the public inject themselves with chemicals or they don't get paid money.

So you are saying you have a right to the medical records of anyone that has applied for a job with you? Because there is no way to know if someone has had a jab without their medical records.

"Demanding the public money"? You know governments make no money... it's tax payers money.
Big companies like Whitbread can tap their shareholders whilst family pubs are mainly on their own with the peanuts the government give them.
Businesses get helped with their own taxes and the taxes will go up to support the government. I don't see politicians rushing to take paycuts. Government officials are PUBLIC SERVANTS.

One more reason not to work for other people in 2021.. now more than ever, no one has a reason to be employed by a company and have to show up at 9am 5 days a week for minimum wage.

Work for yourself, get the vaccine if you want, don't get it if you don't want.

I never said demanding the public money?

If family run pubs have been paying their taxes and not dodging, they will receive a nice amount of income. I know enough self employed people who are more than happy with how much they are receiving.
