Please Suggest me how i can fix it my website is made up on WordPress & indexing is on!

No worries! It seems your website is set to "noindex" accidentally which is telling the search engines to skip your web-pages. It's easy to fix. Check the plugin that you're using for managing sitemap, check it's settings to remove the noindex tag. If not, a web-developer can directly help it remove from the website's code directly. Once that's done, search engines will be able to crawl and index the web pages.
