No index my site [ Again ]

Two month ago I deleted my site from search engine. Now want this site re-index. But Google no index this site .
How can solve this ?

Remove noindex from robots and submit your site via google webmasters.

Hello ,

Reset the robot.txt and sitemap file.

Then verify your site on Webmaster tool and submit the sitmap again. Google will index it again.

Check your robots.txt, if you place disallow: /, then remove it and add allow: /. If you have used no follow, no index in head section, then remove it.

If you have already done the above process, then submit your website in GWMT, submit your sitemap via WMT and start fetching your pages in it and wait for few days, your site will get index for sure.
