I have been noticing that my third-party blogs are not getting indexed.
I have bookmarked the blog, but nothing is happening. Is it happening because of degradation in Google algorithm?
How I can get my post get indexed by off-page activity.

third-party sites with low domain authority may have trouble getting their pages indexed quickly or the blog site may have technical issues like server issues and stuff. keep an eye on the performance and make adjustments as necessary.

Use orginial content as possible. And send add to google request bu using search console

You must make them mobile friendly in order to index.

i suggest update the content i hope solve this indexing issue.

are the blogs mobile-friendly? If not, this might be one of the (more important) reasons...
mobile friendly, how can I get that, am I supposed to optimize the third-party website?
or can you suggest to me some third-party websites that have been known for mobile-friendly features?

oh, I missed the "third party" part, my bad :)

If by "third party" you mean web 2.0s like wix, blogger, etc then those are already optimized for mobile devices (although I think you may have to enable this in the settings)

But anyway, bookmarking doesn't do anything, I don't know why you assumed that bookmarking a site automatically indexes it, but it's not true. Just throw your blogs into some quality indexers or build links to them and they should get indexed eventually...

Yes, bookmarking will not be enough, you have to get backlinks from relevant sites which will help Google discover your third-party blog posts

So, is there any there way, except bookmarking?

did you tried to ping over the GSC or tried indexers ?

Make sure that they don't have no index tags. If they are on web 2.0 sites don't waste your money and time on indexing them. Mostly they are not indexing on these days.

Use the search console. Then you can index all pages right away.

Only bookmarking doesn't get blogs indexed, get backlinks and use search console.
