It usually takes time for facebook to actually start sharing your ad with people. You should also not edit the ad frequently after submitting it because every edit means another delay for facebook to optimize the ad distribution. It's normal so I would say let it be for a day or two atleast

That can happen for a few reasons. Sometimes ads show as active but are stuck in the review process. Also, targeting might be too narrow or there could be payment method issues. maybe audience too small or restricted - very narrow audiences can stop delivery. i think you should try a broader audience to test, and create more camps to get engagement, if possible let's replace current fanpage

You probably have billing issues. Check the billing tab. Maybe your card is bad and FB can't freeze the funds on it.
