I've always been into instagram business,
but i also own a Facebook page, fashion niche with 40k real likes and 1-3k likes per picture.
I created it 2 years ago, how much do you think it could worth in $?

Why would you like to sell it mate? Why not earn out of it? That way it will worth a lot

Because i don't know where to start.
Honestly, i really don't like Facebook and i have no clue how to monetize a Facebook page, any tips?
 
Depends on the demography of your fans- US / UK?
There are a few sites that serve as platform for page sales just like Flippa.

Agree with above - try to monetize it. You could even sell page posts or shares for a fixed fee.

And mostly of them from Europe (let's say 60%)
 
Make a landing page featuring some content related to fashion. Announce it on the facebook page. Register at amazon affiliates. Send people to amazon links related to fashion. Easy.

IMO, should fetch you $300 - $400.
But if you get a desperate buyer who is specific about your niche, you could stretch it to $600+.
 
I once bought a Facebook page with 40 or 41k (can't remember exactly) followers in shoes niche with the majority of followers being from Mexico for just $50 and later gave it away here for free because I wasn't using it for anything.

The average post reach was 5000+ and getting 500+ likes.

Your page is apparently a lot better, but still, Facebook pages that don't have tonnes of more followers are treated like dirt these days due to Facebook's bullshit limited reach crap.

I don't know, maybe not till i figure out the best way to make money from it which doesn't steal me a lot of time.
It is a yes if offers from buyers are very good.

There is no way knowing without having the page, but I think that is overshooting it on average.

If it is a page in the fashion niche "Coolest Socks in Romania" I doubt the page would sell for $40.

If it was something like "European Hermes Handbag Lovers and Owners" I could see it selling for <$1k.

It's only worth what someone is willing to pay.
