Today i m just searching this forum and my eyes stop at no hand seo tool... i downloaded the trail version of this software... but unfortunately not worked stuck at proxies checking part.... please help me

You sure the proxies are working fine? Does it still doesn't work when you try it without proxies?

i started using no hand seo today only... i have added big list of free proxy i found on BHW still this tool i taking my own ip address.. what can be the case ?

The proxies are the problem. Get some private ones.
