No-frills free traffic exchange program?

I'm getting a little desperate now. I've several programs and none of them seem to work properly or the the traffic I get is just abysmal.

I've tried:

Jingling
Hitleap
Simple Exchanger
Swift Viewer (it was the best one but now it doesnt work anymore)

Could someone please recommend a basic traffic exchange program that gives decent results? I just want the traffic going to my site, no clicking or anything like that. Any help would be appreciated.

What do you expect from traffic exchange programs. Why not buy some real traffic from ppc campaigns or do some website ranking.

I have been buying traffic but it is costly and it will decrease profit margins. I use to get about 40k a day with bots but now I am getting only 25k. The bots were working great but for some reason they just seemed to stop.
