No form to comment but new comments keep posting on WP blog

Guys,

Any idea how others keep posting comments to this blog?

There is no obvious way to add a comment and the reply text link does not work.

I have more examples like this but can't figure out how to post a comment on such blogs.

Those are trackbacks and not comments. Google the difference

Oops I totally missed that! I was viewing the Reply button and thought they were comments...
