Right click on link, view source (inspect element) and see if it has nofollo tag or not.

Use Nofollow Google extension to find out the links.
Install some free tools/extensions which will help you in this. I use Moz Tool Bar in Chrome Browser and I'll suggest you the same. Moz Bar has some other features too, go for it you'll find out. You can simply install it by searching in Google Chrome Extensions Menu.

Also keep in mind to look for when people who use a made up 'do follow' tag.
Do Follow doesn't actually exist. There's no such thing in HTML code. It's either no follow or by default, the link is followed.
So if you open up the source code, and see some sort of do follow tag, the link could still be actually not followed.
As for an add-on, I use the Moz toolbar, which has this as an option.

You can use chrome extensions, or if you want to check for a backlink, you can check that in ahrefs. Else, the simplest method would be right click on the link, view source and if it's written no follow, then it's a no follow link.
