No customer service on Keyword Revealer

I have emailed them several times over the last 2 to 3 weeks and have support tickets and nothing from them.

Anyone else having any problems?

I thought it was a pretty good tool to use but no way I will ever pay for the services again. I just use KWFinder now.

I haven't tried keyword revealer yet, but I used KWfinder it's good in both working and support.

I honestly think they are going downhill when the previous owner sold it. The new owner pushed more lifetime deal to generate fast money and didn't do anything new
