No conversions!

Hello guys, I got a list in the weightloss/fitness niche and already have about 93 double opt in subscribers from a solo ad. I wrote a thank you message and the next follow up was informational and I did no advertising there. Then the next one, the 3rd one, I wrote a sales letter. It did get clicks from my small list. 23 clicks on my affiliate link but only 1 hop to order page.

So my question is.

Is this typical of a small list?
Mind reviewing my sales letter? Please let me know how you can help first before I send it. Thanks
Is it better to put sales letters as broadcasts or follow up?

I'd say its completely normal for such a list. But who knows you might get a sale soon enough. Some people open up their mails at a weekly basis.
