I have a big Instagram of 300k followers. I promote stuff via affiliate marketing that is extremely relevant to my audience. Lots of people see my promotions, but I can't even manage to get a single click from Instagram. I have other accounts too, and I have the exact same problem with those. Do any of you know why this happens? Or maybe you can relate?

Are your followers active? Try to check if they are active by asking a question and let them answer in the comments.

Seems unusual that you're not getting any clicks atall. How many of your followers are bots? How many speak english etc etc

TBH, and i know this is slightly unrelated, but influencer marketing on instragram (which is in a similar vein to posting on your page), actually fucking sucks really bad. Conversion metrics are fucking horrendous.

I think the whole industry is propped up on larger companies feeling as though they must sponsor influencers or market directly through influencers as its the "new" shiny marketing tool, coupled with a glory stories like the kardashians etc and marketing teams think it's a golden ticket. FOMO at its absolute finest.

After spending 6 figures on influencer marketing, the metrics don't stack up at all. Frankly, for me, instagram influencer marketing is by far the single worst way of marketing in terms of ROA.

Try to use call to action in your videos or try an incentive method/strategy to generate clicks.

Have a simple giveaway and see if people respond to it. Then act accordingly.

I can relate. And the problem is solved with simple giveaway and promotion from influencer. Ads will help too. The point is: making your audience act for you.
