As the title says, I'm having problems with two websites that are using Festinger's themes.

I've gone over Wordpress settings, the theme "customize" settings, installed comment plugins, yet nothing happens.

Festinger has no idea on how to fix it, which is valid.

I'm planning to buy the actual themes, but PayPal is currently holding quite the sum so I'd rather skip on expenses at the moment.

Has anyone with his themes experienced this?

How did you fix it?

1. Try another theme from @Festinger Vault. Most of the theme works accurately.

2. Buy theme from themeforest Using CC or Skrill.

Hey man, if you bought from the WP vault, I am unable to help you here. If you downloaded a theme from the download section here, let me know what themes you're using and I'll help you out.

Open a ticket with him, this is not his customer service section.
I didn't mean to use it as the customer service section, I'm just looking for people with similar experiences as I saw genuine incapability of solving the issue.

Excuse me if adding the name of the service made it look like that.

Yeah I buying it is the way to go, hopefully, PayPal soon.

I'll send you another message, but we already talked.

As I said above, my plan wasn't to drive your attention.

Thank you though!

IS it comments on posts or pages you can't enable?

Just taught that @Blogmoz was just soliciting for help from others that may have experienced such difficulties other than thinking that he's crucifying festinger and his items, and of course it's a freebie.

Maybe his approach wasn't clear enough:cool:

Use the free version of elementor or any page builder of your choice to add a comment section to your posts.

It could help if you let us know what themes it is???

This is quite an unusual problem to be honest. Are you sure comments are not turned off on your site? Each and every theme I know of comes with the comments.php template. It shouldn't have anything to do with @Festinger, but more to do with what theme it is and how you are customising the theme. I am quite confident that he provides those themes as it is.

If you provide us the name of the theme, we can look into the problem for you.

To answer both of you, I haven't manipulated the theme and definitely not crucifying Festinger.

In fact, I have directed multiple people to his website due to my satisfaction.

The theme I'm using is from Studiopress, Authority.

Also happened on one from mythemeshop although I'm currently not able to access my laptop and can't remember the name.

That may be an option, I'll check if It works and come back here.

Lets try the basic go edit the page in a code editor i.e the actually php page and add this in

Code:
<?php comments_template(); ?>

See if it allows comments box to come up or if it comes with comments disabled line
