No call to action button for facebook video

So. i was trying to test the call to action button at the end of a video but i can't find the option to add an URL at the end of video, I tried to google. its not there where it should be. not there while posting not there while editing

Even i noticed it , i think facebook removed it , but try uploading the video and editing it later ,it came up once for me and did not the other time.
