NMLS Scraper

I have created a tool that scrapes data from the NMLS Consumer Access website, and it works well. While I don't plan to sell it as software yet, I'm curious if others might find it useful. Specifically, I'm interested in knowing if there’s demand for the data it provides and what people might be willing to pay for it.

I usually work one-on-one with clients, so I'm not familiar with broader market needs. Any insights or guidance on this would be greatly appreciated.
