NL or DE in xsserver ????

hi ,

i'm looking to change to xsserver service because my current service VolumeDrive support is suck ! my business went down a week and they don't care ....i need some advice , i want to run a forum and wondering whether I should choose NL or DE VPS server ? is 1024mb RAM enough to run a forum ???? or have another service to run a large forum ???

1024 MB Guaranteed should be enough and there is always upgrade option for future
