@SimonTLV That is not near true, I have domains with them none of them are stealed.. Even 1337x website have domains with Njal.la and many many but many websites with a lot of traffic are with them.
What could happen? Easy, probably your website was been hacked or your computer compromised (password) or email and guess what? You have been hacked without knowing it. That is my suspicious.
Njal.la doesn't steal domains for this TWO REASONS
1) They don't control your domain, who controls your domain is Tucows Domains
2) They doesn't register you domain, they are only A PROXY (Intermediary)
Other reason, your email or password are in any Database Leak in Dark web forums and other forums, and someone got access into it.
Please, don't tell that Njal.la steals your domains, because that is not true. They have a lot of domains with 10x more traffic than you and they didn't steal.
Contact Tucows Domains (if you buy .com, .net or .org)
Reply again in the ticket..

They are good, I have a domain with them, 1337x also have and a lot of others websites are with them, they are secure.
But be smart and use a good password and new email to avoid being hacked (even you computer lol)
People still not recognize how they can be hacked without being noticed, someone can spy without other know, guess what? hacking is the same way

Although there might be plenty of reasons WHY njal.la is not playing dirty games as some users report your TWO REASONS are !=TRUE. Tucows as the registar in front of ICANN have full control over the properties (domains) some of which the proxy broker/registar cannot control. However the proxy registar have exactly the same power compared to the end-user (Since they register the properties under their name, they have full power & control over it.. lock/transfer or "suspend" domain (changing NS).
Just because you had no car accident today does that mean that nobody had...
We don't have a "hacked account " issue.

When I said hacked account, I can log to any account without changing password and transfer the domain.
There are very tactics over the corner... Njal.la is safe, yes I know they own the data.
But they are a good company, I gave the example of 1337x have 10x or 50x traffic why they should steal of domain instead biggers ones?
Is not only 1337x, others website big players in the market are with Njal.la why they didn't steal?
I'm pretty sure this happened due to leak of database where account, email, password of OP is leaked. Or in worse scenario her website was been hacked without knowing it (same password) and they login into it, another possibility if he have team someone could used the same password and tried to login.
I can't believe that Njal.la did that, like I said before they manage bigger domains than OP. Something happened here.
You don't need to much to have access to his account, keylogger / RAT is enough.
If you check other forums like RF (I won't tell the name), they have big databases of VPNs etc.. maybe OP email and password is listed there..
Like I said before, contact Tucows Domains. Njal.la is just a proxy, even if they own the domain..
You can also give a try and contact Peter Sunder through Twitter or Njal.la through social media..

Many ways, manys holes to hack your website lool, nothing is 100% safe..

ive seen threads like this recently, except the last thread was a guy running a pharma which is against their TOS.
i dont see what njalla was gain from taking over your domains but its still weird ur running through njalla if youre not running anything BH.

support is obviously ignoring you because i raised a ticket and got a response within 2 hours yesterday.
i run a few movie and anime sites through them without a single issue for the past 5 years and thats worse than "seo" and ecommerce sites.
the interesting thing here is everyone acts innocent and say "they banned me for no reason! waaaaah" but wont elaborate on why they mightve been banned. ive seen with my own eyes that njalla even emails people sometimes and tells them they have 24hours to move their domains if they dont want to be affiliated with them but didnt break their TOS or near breaking their TOS.
overall, thousands of people use them because of privacy, uve done something bad. own up to it.
