I bought a domain in njal.la but for some reason it doesn't let me change the nameserver, I click on the option "custom nameserver" I put ns1.domain.org / ns2.domain.org I give save changes and I do not receive any notification or signal that my changes have been saved, am I doing something wrong?

Many registrars wont accept invalid name servers so make sure what you are entering is a real valid name servers.

If I managed to solve it, I had not correctly configured the glue record, it was an option that other registrars did not ask me

Simple DNS lookup won't hurt https://dnschecker.org/all-dns-records-of-domain.php
You should also be able to add the nameservers manually with a DNS record in the menu above, just select NS.

I have domain with Njal.la all things works fine, you should put a correct DNS, or not will work.
Also contact support, in such case.

Cloudflare Nameservers works fine with them...
