I heard something about FlokiNET - as offshore registrar. But you need to do research on it.

Deleted member 1393709 Warning! Njalla suspended my domain, they transfer my domain from tucows to sarek before they suspend. my domain extension is .se sweden cctld morethan 1month old domain. moviesite, no ads, low traffic, no deceptive ads/link cpa subscription etc. they did not email or inform me before suspending the domain name. it is worst experience than other big website they delete the domain similar to non registered domain that is what happen to my domain when you visit the website.

Yes its all about luck, other domain from njalla is fine, maybe they receive a random person/competitor complain then immediately shutdown the domain without giving me warning or choice to transfer out the domain name. they easily suspend my domain without due process they didnt even receive court order from local law in sweden, if njalla/sarek is eurodns thepiratebay is already takedown longtime ago. sarek.fi is registrar of peter sunde the cofounder of thepiratebay. he takedown my domain while his thepiratebay is million times violator than mine.

i receive dmca complaints minimum 5 times a day lol

If your registrar tucows, sarek or njalla receive complain from person/competitor not from random dmca bots/indian dmca agent or from cloudflare to your email lol, for me i think they planned to suspend my domain, they transfer it to sarek just to suspend. if my domain is in tucows maybe it wont get suspended.

u were suspended from the TLD u said, completely different from complaint. i think ur domain mustve had a banned keyword. i get complaints all the time, theyre not gonna care about a person complaining. a dmca complaint is definitely much higher than a regular person complaining

If TLD can banned a domain name why they cant banned thepiratebay? they said they will need canada court order to suspend thepiratebay? if tld can ban domain easily why do we need njalla or any offshore domain? why my competitor are still operating if the reason is ban keyword? or they just acting a good guy from sweden and want to takedown sweden cctld that operating copyright content?
