using another caching plugin along with Nitropack is a bad idea, you'll have conflicts between them which causes problems in your website.

on the WordPress dashboard

go to the nitropack page
scroll down to the automated behavior section
choose what post types the plugin should optimize.

Page speed checkers do usually give you insights into what might be slowing down your website/page,
Take a look there and make sure to solve any possible problem,

Also, this can be related to your website hosting,
Even with a super optimised webpage, you can't really get a fast one with a bad hosting
