I know its a good domain name , Im sure if i make an actual forum out of it then it will be some real good $$ but i just dont have the time. How much can you see it going for , just domain name?

Completely depends on age , PR etc

But you wouldnt get much for the domain, It would be best to invest some time in the forum, Populate it abit so it gains traffic then monetise.

But forums can take a while to get running to their full potential (From personal experience).
 
Thats a pretty good domain, in all honesty if you know how to make a forum you should make time. It would be worth it.

I dont know to much about selling domains, but make sure to do some good research before selling it.
 
Yea , i was afraid i'd have to invest. but i know its gong to be real rewarding. guess i have to learn to build a forum. Im open to any JV's :D
 
I say keep it and make it grow into an actual active forum. Sounds like it would be a fun project.
 
i wish i sold my site guitarheroforum.com back in the day. had offers in low XXXX. held it then rockband came along..........
 
Would having the word "nintendo" in the domain cause any legal issues? If no, then I think its definitely worth keeping. Might take a year or two to get the forum going but give it a try.
 
I reckon its worth $500 as just a name.

If you don't love nintendo games then don't bother building the forum because you'll do a lousy job on it. Forums are NOT easy to start, so make sure you love your subject.
 
Likely worth nothing unless you have permission to use the name. Some companies can be okay with you using their name for a fan site, but not all of them. Without their permission it's not really worth much due to the potential trademark issue.
 
I say grow it only on the basis that selling it formally would be difficult due to the fact you have a trademark in the name. Grow it, sell banner space but forget about putting it on Flippa for instant profit.

This right here. Obviously unsuspecting people would jump all over this domain because of the rich "nintendo" keyword. I wouldn't buy a domain with a trademarked term in it because it can be taken from you.

Any serious buyer won't touch the domain, however a "noob" might jump all over this because they think it's a great domain, but they will likely not have the money to throw around.

Pump it and dump it if you have it in you.

If it do not give me any legal or copyright issues to get the domain name, better grab it . It going to be best game forum ever .
If it do have legal issues to get a trademark or copyright domain name, it not only will get sue, you might need to compensate to the Nintendo company.
 
What are your skills? Do you have experience in propagating forums? If you do, easily develop it.
