NinjaOutreach vs. MailShake [which is better]

Does anyone have any strong opinions on either (NinjaOutreach vs. MailShake)? Preferably people who have used both.

Ninja outreach has the emails of many sites, but almost all emails are outdated and closed and Ninja Outreach has not updated their list.

But easy to find some emails and then directly reach to the bloggers via sending them emails from their own dashboard.

Mailshake doesn't have any email data, neither they found the emails.

Mailshake is better for sending the emails and is best than Ninja Outreach in sending emails and scheduling the campaigns
