Ninjagram wrong buying.

Guys good day, I was paying for ninjagram this morning and made a mistake and bought ninjapinterest instead of ninjagram pls I want to know if this can be corrected, I have emailed them but no reply yet.

Wow that sucks. As far as I know there is no "ninjagram guy" on this forum. So all you can do is contacting their support.
And I had it. They never reply every single my email. Bad support
 
Can I do a charge back through PayPal? I paid with PayPal

Maybe you need to give them a little bit more time. You bought it this morning.. so give them more time to reply on your e-mail.
