I've been using this and have around 15 campaigns set up with 4 different accounts and it seems to be working fine so far

The software should be easily found by a google search and offers a free 3 day trial I believe?

Sorry to bump an old topic, but does Ninja Blaster still work and if not, what's a more up to date alternative?

Of course it still work.
But use with caution Facebook ban accounts with reckless abandon this days.

Set up your campaign and out enough timing in between post/search/comment et al.
