So How do you get a smilly out of this?Itryed it in a email and a post,Didn't work for me.

lol this is a great method. Why didn't I think of that before :s . Thanks :)

Damn it is so old and obvious not something "Nick Flame" figured out have seen this method used for years ago already further it is a method described in many of the useless WSO's....

Anyway seems the many people here didn't know about it - lol

I want my anchored keyword not smiley....Anchor keyword helps to improve SERP.

I guess using smilies is ok... but when you hover you see a link and it can easily be found. but if you're found out then prob no biggie. wouldn't want to use this on a site that took a long time to build friends on, however. I've always used 1x1 pixels for tracking purposes -- learned that from MyWeddingFavors.com by exploring their earlier sites [the reason they did so good in the beginning (years ago)] DOH, never thought about linking to my money sites without using an anchor... will have to think a bit on this.

It's great idea to get backlink from a very strict forums. Every backlink add some value, even it's not keywords targeted.

If the page you are linking to is dedicated about a specific keyword phrase then it is still easy to rank well even if you don't use anchor text backlinks. Just make sure Google knows exactly what the page is about by using the keyword phrase properly with onsite seo.

Could someone just explain how you can use this with Scrapebox?

When you use Comment Poster Scrapebox requires you to have a list of websites which you want to link back to, which obviously using this method you dont want use. I guess with this method you would stick the code into your comments..... but scrapebox wont proceed unless you populate at least one URL into the websites list.

Can anyone advise?

Great share dude!

it is a good share... not anything against it.. but when search engine will crawl and find a smiley text in the link ... won't they figure it out as spam.... i mean highly unrelated text..... what say guys
