Great tips bro, so for #1 (direct linking method) can you straighten this out for me; will your ad have a display url of the authority site? (even thought the destination url is your own site?)
Is that how its works? Or does the display url change to your site for that keyword as well? This may not only help with QS but also CTR if the since users might prefer to click on a well know site more so.
Combining method 1 & 4 might see some good results I think (if you can get a really low CPC in adwords). How much do domain parking companies pay per click? (in a popular niche)

Great Nick, just got a question about filling in your own offers.
When you say about filling in 1 or 2 offers per company do you mean per month or per day or what?. OK in the first month/day the companies will not have any reason to suspect but if it happens the next day and the next and the next surely they will notice?
How many unconverting leads will they pay for before pulling the plug?
Also if you do get banned by one company, do the cpa network then ban you from all the rest on their books?, and then if one cpa network bans will all the others follow suite? i.e. if maxbounty ban do they not let azoogle know and all the rest - kinda like a blacklist. I know it sounds paranoid but I value my CPA accounts and don't wanna loose them.

Hmm, the #2 trick is intriguing, but usually the CPA network has a payout limit, so it could take a long time to reach it.
