I'll tell you a little tip: i spin the videos just as you spin articles. I take a promotional video, then spin it into 500-1000 variations adding/removing frames, such that youtube sees them as different videos-- not duplicate content-- and then automatically upload them with dinamic generated titles and descriptions.
Why do i upload so many videos? It is called the youtube's chaotic effect: the first 15 minutes after the video was uploaded are the most productive ones and are crucially in how many views that video is going to get, assuming you do not interfer with externat factors (ratings, favorites, comments, views, etc...).
You will be amazed how much traffic you can get just by uploading "naked" videos.
(a "naked" video is an uploaded video that does not beneficiate from any further promotions, you do not give him rating, favorites, comments, or views... you are just counting on its "on video" optimization: thumbnails, tags, description, titles, that's it )
Perhaps i forgot to add that i have a thumbnail inducing script: You take a video, you pick an image, the image is automatically placed in the middle of the video such that youtube would choose it as thumbnail. Nothing complicated but very manipulative.
