Yes, but it's only one way. It's not straightforward because once you learn a lot, there are traps like "shiny object syndrome". Then if you get influx of money, there's a trap called "sudden wealth syndrome".

A lot of things people don't even realize exist before they happen.

I think that’s one way to see it, but people can always upskill and change direction, so specializing early isn’t always a bad thing.
