Niches/Marketing on instagram?

Hey everybody, I'm new to all of this. I recently started using a bot, just tested around and i noticed that it followed shout out accounts that posted the same image every 20 seconds to follow that persons main account. I am seeing these kids with over 15k followers just posting daily selfies and pics about their lives and receiving comments and tons of attention.
I'm wondering, how is it that their shoutout accounts post that frequently without getting banned?
Also is that a niche of its own? (Kids taking selfies and random things from their lives, not pertaining to a marketable niche)
I am interested in monetizing my account and spreading my music and future clothing brand and myself (as an artist).
I am targeting music hashtags but I also think it would be good to draw in that crowd of selfie taking kids to convert to fans.
Anyway I should go about doing this? I used the bot on my main acc for a little while and realized that it was just like spam account pictures of these selfie kids making me feel embarrassed since its showing up on the following feed to all my friends.

Don't feel embarrassed... I see it too... and very curious now that you brought the subject up. Is there anyone who knows why this allowed? Also what is a shoutout account? I am still trying to learn IG.

They are using bot's or are just famous, you can buy followers/likes/comments or get em over addmefast.com
Shoutouts accounts are accounts who shoutout other people in exchange of money or a service, the best way to get money out of IG is by programming a bot or selling HQ followers!
