Niche with no great PR1 links to backlink

What if the niche your targeting has no great PR1 backlinks except for Youtube videos on search results? Is it worth the time to implement those youtube videos into your site at all?

Just for me, I would choose higher pagerank pages to get links from, not just PR1, which is actually pretty low.

Can't you find PR3 or PR4 pages for backlinking? If not, find someone in your niche who can get these backlinks for you.

You should try buying some niche related HPR links from the forum itself and see if that helps your site.

okay why are you going after PR ,Check TF,CF with the backlink profile to get a better understanding of the backlink

Better to focus on DA or PA, google page rank is dead, it has't updated since Dec-2013

i know some website which deserve 4+ page rank but has N/a
