Do not go for a niche/ topic just because you love it. Instead, go for a niche or topic that has the more potential to earn revenue. On the other hand if you build a blog around a very high demand product or topic (for example s**ual health) then chances are that you will make more money even though you are not excited to talk about that niche.

In one of the old threads Deleted member 1501362 has suggested a very nice method and I really liked it. He said that you find a best selling product in any affiliate market place and then build a blog around it to be able to sell that.
