Hi guys, its long time since i start lurking here.
I have a question for you, that for sure have much more experience than me.

I have a 10--11k subscriber channel, where 99% of subscribers are women... now, it was a channel about a tv series, that now is over, and interest on the channel is going down. I want to flip the channel to something else but... i wont switch to something like sales spamming, cause i'm pretty sure it will make people disappear.

What kind of niche should i use in a channel with 99% of wmen ?

Thank you in advance for those who will help, and sorry for my bad english.

Go with Women Modeling Niche Then if you almost all women Subscriber

I would recommend researching the market of profitable woman niches and pick one. You may use ahrefs or SemRush trial to research different niches that are relevant to your tv series.

What like the woman who watches the series?

You can try creating videos with alternate endings based on different scenarios, create memes based off on characters, create polls based off on imaginary scenarios, merchandise related to tv shows and similar way. There are lots of subreddits for TV shows, which are highly active even after years after the show has ended. You can check them out for ideas!

Why not go with trends there is always a new trend everyday so probably stick to one and go from there

Makeup tutorials is a great niche with a lot of potential

I second the makeup tuts and so called "life hacks" could work too, also why not swerve to the actors' new projects and prospects

You mentioned that most of your channel's subscribers are women.

This is a good piece of data, but you need more information.

What is the age breakdown of those women? Where do they come from?

If you get information on these, you should get the broad parameters of the kind of product you can sell to them.

I suggest that you sell them a product like a one-dollar or even a fifty-cent booklet.

Of course, you're not going to be making most of your profits from that product.

What you're doing is you're advertising it to your subscribers, and you are filtering for buyers.

For them to buy your product, they have to join a mailing list.

Once you have that list of buyers, you're good to go because you can send them updates, ask them questions, and send them content based on those questions.

The possibilities are endless because you're basing your business model on solid consumer intelligence.

That's how you play the game and increase your chances of making money off your community.

Treat them like a community, and they will trust you enough for you to make money off them.

It's a symbiotic relationship .
