I want to start an Amazon affiliate site
Question is
Is it worth to split the investment between like 3-4 "narrower" niches

Or take some niche
And start hitting all the good keywords in it
In just one site

If this is your first experience with building blogs, go with niche and you will learn a lot on your way, read BHW and you will find many things you can implement or change on you blog. After you build niche site, start thinking about authority.

Domain than is general, and content that is niche. so you can start as niche, than upgrade ito authority after it grow.

One niche site will be a better idea. If it's your first website, go narrower and start with an easy niche. Target keywords that have decent volume and low competition (always do manual SERP analysis and don't rely 100% on any SEO tool.)

However, make sure to get a generic or brandable domain name so that you can expand later on.
