Niche Site , Authority Site (marketers needed)

Hello everyone, i am very new to this forum and the whole idea of seo, online marketing and etc. i have come across these terms quite often Niche sites and authority sites.

First if any recommendations on who can build these sites cost effectively and quality aswell. Once these sites are build i need someone to do the SEO and BACKlinks and not sure what else is there to drive the traffic to the website.

so if you guys can recommend someone who can help me generate traffic who i can hire and someone who can create these kind of sites. so please let me know what you guys recommend.

Looking for builders and marketers.

You can build an authority by yourself. Pick a niche you love, like what you like to do in real life and keep adding content everyday about it. If you like traveling write about traveling
 
I am not looking into putting any ADsense or someone else's ad on the website. One of my client is an attorney and he practices wage and hour, dui, personal injury.

so my focus is to create an Authority or i guess this is going to be a Niche site for Personal Injury about 50-100 miles radius from his office. If enough people can find this website once they are interested they can click on the link to go on the Main website and will land on the Personal Injury page. Thus generating some leads for him. may be some call to action method.

so i figured out once to create one of these websites and hire someone for the marketing.
 
Man lawyers niche is extremely competitive SEO-wise. You have to decide how effective your SEO and other marketing ideas will be and what's worth putting the time into. For this maybe try some sort of creative offline marketing. See if you can get him to pay you a monthly $$$ for your marketing services.

I love dressing up little pigs in real life, how much money do you think i can make when u build a authority site for that?

OK, that's a lead-generation site

What I'd consider doing is make a large authority site, with links to attorneys in different cities - i.e. not just for a single client

Otherwise, you will be wasting an awful lot of visitors that don't live near your client

You could collect the leads through a form and offer them to individual attorneys at x dollars per lead - or direct link to the inquiry form on lawyer's web site for x dollars per month - You could also just publish a list of lawyers phone numbers for x dollars per year, per number

If you take a look around here you will find sellers for everything from keyword research to article writing to SEO. If you act as the contractor you can save a lot.

Hi,

The only sites I build nowadays are authority sites built using silo structure and LSI search phrases - as I see no future in building normal sites, with Google on a killing spree

The sites I build cover everything that Google expects an authority site to cover - not just high CPC keywords

My sites are suitable for lead-generation, adsense, CPA, or selling text links - but they are not cheap

I'll PM you, and we can talk prices, dependent on the market sector and your aims for the site

that is something what i am trying to do, but i have a huge learning curve. can't figure out who is telling me the truth. everyone is promising sky as the limit for SEO. but no one can put their money where their mouth is except my money. I have found people through this forum who can make authority sites for pretty cheap, but they require seo and link building on ongoing basis.
1. so with your experience as a regular member let me know if you can recommend who can build sites for a good price.
2. and anyone who can do seo and backlinks

Having been PM'd by the OP with the niche, I can tell you that a $150 site will be money down the drain

The niche is high competition - CPC's are sky-high!
