which is the best channel on YouTube to learn Niche research and local Seo.? need expert opinion.

You can do your own niche research using free tools like Videoamigo.com. Sous vide everything channel is a perfect example of a niche (sous vide) cooking. Guga did it so well he broke out of the niche with that channel and started dominated regular cooking. He then spawned a second channel (Guga foods) and that channel surpassed his niche channel.

Just start typing in niche categories, find the number 1 ranked channel and then click the competition tab in that channels profile to see other channels in that genre.
The other thing to take into account is that YouTube categorizes videos using Wikidata / Google Knowledge graph topics. If you make niche topic , go to wikidata and find the Qid for that topic. Then use chatgpt to help you write direct sparql queries to use or you can install the wdtaxonomy cli and use it to find parent topics or nearest neighbors https://wdtaxonomy.readthedocs.io/en/latest/README.html.
If you understand your niche and what the parent and neighbor topics are you can drop those topic names in your video to make you stronger in the niche and allow you to break into the higher topics for more.

He would sous vide a steak, then introduce side dishes that allowed his content to cross over into the parent and sibling topics and he dominated.
