Niche Research Says Impossible / Google Adwords Says Low Competition

As in the title really, I've used the Niche research in SENuke for the keywords I want and it's telling me not to bother, but Googl Adwords says low competition for the keyword, I don't get it?

google adwords just measures how many advertisers are bidding on that term not the amount of pages trying to rank for that term

It's normal, senuke is right. Adwords says low competition for a lot of kw that are impossible to get. Adwords is not designed to be a niche research tool, even if it's widely used for doing niche research.
If you want to be sure just google your kw and see the pr of the domains in first page.

better use SENUKE than google adwords tools.

Google adwords shows competition for ads, not for website ranking.

By the way, in my experience, none of the tools are 100% correct when gauging website competition. I suggest you check manually top 5 positions to be sure what's what. Even then, you wont know for sure unless you try.

It is always a bit of a gamble. And rather good learning experience.
