Hey, I can't PM you.
Anyway I have been trying to do my own Rav views formula but I can't, tried different ad formats, muted and not, different referrer, direct or embed on website with autoplay.... but just a small percentage of the views get recorded by YouTube which leads to very high cost per 1000. Kinda frustrated to be honest.
Not really tryna get free info from you, but after my attempts I became very curious on how you can keep such low prices. I have two ideas, but won't spit them as you could find them "offensive" if I am wrong.
So, I will just say: "Congratulations! most reliable views update after update" - (except AdWords, of course). And I mean it.

Aren't Niche-related views the same as views from traffic source called "Suggestions"? Some panels sell views from that traffic source where you can type custom ID for video you want to get suggested from.

Did. 1$ per 1000 views from tier 1 countries, haven't tested 3rd world country, but must get super cheap. Doing also english (Usa,uk, so on) but cpc is much higher, so I think 2$/1000 would be a good goal, still testing to see the cost. I noticed that slower delivery gets more views counted.
Curious about your cost per 1k, also not having english Rav's is it due to request above traffic resources or higher cost? (I am pretty much asking myself, as you won't answer :D)

If your video has good impressions and it’s natural there is probability for the impressions to last and keep the video ahead of all trending niche videos
