Hi,
So I am thinking to create a niche blog (Amazon affiliate). This is my first time to do this.

I am doing some keyword research with Long Tail Pro.

So i got a keyword for which LTP shows competitiveness of 32, i looked for the same in Kwfinder and it shows 26 (easy).

I have attached the metrics for the websites ranking on the first page. Most of them are e-commerce websites.

Coming to my budget, it's not too much. I would rely on usual link building and maybe through a simple PBN.

P.S: I hope to get replies from guys who are good at this. :)

DA of the sites is pretty good but looking at PA, it seems that there's a chance you can outrank them.

Manually check each website and go through the quality of content and length. You need to create better that what's already there.

Also, is the keyword a "best X" type or just product name?

If it is a product keyword just drop it..

Google gives priority to brand's website and ecommerce sites..

So, If you are building informational site don't go for this

It's more of a [Shape]+ Product name.

Generally you should avoid targeting such product-specific keywords as ecommerce stores will rank higher than you. If someone searches for "red iphone" he/she probably wants to buy it from a store.

Try to target "product + review", "top 5 products", "best products".

It's your first time so it'll be only be better if you target such rankable keywords.
