niche ideas and search volume

I created a similiar thread but I gotta create another one just to get more info. Let's say I found a niche in health market, let's say there's a 1000 search volume for a specific long tail keyword and there's only 1 site with this long tail keyword and I get $7 for a sale. Is a niche like this any good or search volume is just too low?

It's good because eventually the site will get ranked for all related long tails as well. Make sure to include a lot of LSIs too so it will eventually rank for them too.

And if I decide to go with this niche. Should I promote one item or several items?

Well, it depends on how much you are already working and how much effort you have invested in this matter. And if you spend 2 hours a day on this case and sell 10-15 products a day, then I think it's okay.
