Niche, High PR, Do-Follow Backlinks for Home Services?

I've been through the Marketplace many....many times, and I'm curious if anyone can recommend a provider that has niche backlinks for Home Services (plumber, electrician, hvac...etc). I don't need hundreds.....just a couple as I'm just testing a very low competition site to see if I can get it to rank.
