The "gross" or "disgusting" content niche : exploding pimples, ingrown nails, ingrown hairs...
It's borderline niche so check out these accounts:

The idea is to create accounts in bulk, knowing that these accounts will likely get banned sooner or later. It reminds me of YouTube a few years back.
Do any of you have tips for mass-producing this kind of content?

I had a friend who had 2m followers account in this niche, he gave me access to promote on the account, the audience is shit, mostly tier 3 countries, they will not convert on anything

My friend love this videos lol Mass producing? You can use ai to generate a similar effect, look for a prompt That can generate this kind of videos or you do it your self. Start taking videos of your toenails everytime you are in nail spa ;)
 
If I'm looking for exploding pimples or spots or cutting ingrown toenails, I ain't there to spend money... niche is good for traffic, but useless for converting.
 
I thought we would talk about gore stuff
Pimples are not a problem, just don't put something too extreme, it will work almost in ASMR niche

It seems to be set up by Cambodians or Brazilians, but I don’t understand the point of getting millions of views if it’s not to make money ?

Use automation tools for video editing and account management, but ensure content complies with platform policies to delay bans. Consider proxies and anti-detect browsers to handle multiple accounts safely.
