Niche forum backlinks. G00gle penalization?

Web stats for last 30 days:
UV per day: 50
PV per day: 460

Somebody linked to my web on niche forum and my UV increase from 50 to 150. Just after one fuc * ing link.

I dont do any backlinks, becouse Income School. They said: Dont make any backlinks... it is waste of time. Now I see that they said bullshits.

My question. I want post some links on niche forums. No profile links, but real posts. I dont know how to do the best.

1) I want to do somethink like this: Make 20 profiles. Write for each profile 10 posts, after that I want post 1 link to my site. Do you think is enough to dont be penalized for spamming on the forum?

2) Can I be penalized for spammin by g00gle? I mean all link will be from one IP. Or I need proxies?

If links are from related posts on niche forum, then there is no problem.

It should be fine.

Get yours competitors and check their backlinks at Ahrefs, there will be a lot of yours niche examples

These links are good for driving traffic but they won’t help much for ranking in google. You should see your referral traffic jump by 100.

The link has minimal link juice nowadays but it could count for something who knows. These links bring traffic but it doesn’t last as the forum topic gets buried. But they can be good for driving traffic for a bit if that’s your goal.
