    Hey....

I think I have figured out how to find a niche etc etc :)...

(You know that moment when everything clicks and you can find good niches)... this is that!

Anyways...... I have a niche, but what website do I make!!! Review / blog / informational etc etc?? Any ideas?
(Yes its a website around a product)

I was thinking just a bog standard informational website?

    Amazon / eBay bestsellers...

    Google trends

Try to find out what solutions people are desperately searching for, and then give them those solution. The solution can come through blogs/reviews/affiliate sites/or actual products selling (e.g., ebay/amazon/etc.). Basically, you need to take the solution (product/service) to them, or bring them to the solution and make them buy it. The vehicle depends on how quickly it can convince them that you are their real God -- for the time being, until they go after another God and his solution! lol

For everything, you'll need SEO mastery, marketing knowledge, and some money power -- and of course a product or a service that people are searching madly for -- like their world is ending tomorrow and they need to have the solution tonight to stop it from happening! Of course you'll also need to look for competition, or lack of it. Of course there are a lot of other factors to consider, or everyone would be sitting on a niche making easy billions. :)

It's hard to say without knowing the niche mate, not that I'm asking you to reveal it. Just pick the type you like and go for it. The worst that could happen is it not work and you can try something else :)

    Thanks for your replies.

I am just going to go for it tbh!... This is my plan.

    Host on hostgator
    buy related domain
    install wordpress
    good theme
fill full of seo good content + videos
outsource seo like back links etc etc.

Leave that site for 1-2weeks while I make a new one and keep updating.

I think I will go for a blog, as I would think blogs would be easy to keep fresh updated content?

In my opinion, you shouldn't leave this site for 1-2 weeks to go start a new one. That would be a big mistake, just for the fact that you are going to neglect it instead of putting 100% effort into it.
Why would you go to site #2 if you don't know if site #1 will be successful? Master site #1 then go to site #2.

Once you master it and know what to do next time to make it successful, then and only then I suggest you to start a new one. Until then concentrate on one project, until it's where you want it to be.

That is a good point! Thanks for that advise :D.

Quick question I have been looking through some niche ideas and I was wondering how can you tell if its worth going into?

I am having a hard time find a niche, especially finding an available domain name.
